Victorious Equinox by jurialmunkey Victorious Equinox by jurialmunkey
Victorious-Equinox GTK by jurialmunkey

Theme goes in /usr/share/themes/ # [must be root]

Requires Equinox GTK engine:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:tiheum/equinox
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install gtk2-engines-equinox

Requires Elementary Nautilus
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:am-monkeyd/nautilus-elementary-ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

I recommend the Faenza-Cupertino icon-set

Nice work on the theme but again theme makers seem to assume people are using the modded breadcrumb bar because vanilla nautilus bar looks broken.

It also would be easier to make your theme tar.gz and just after unzipping(I know deviantARt doesn't support tar), drag into the appearance preferences, theme window. It not for all users but it's easier.

I can't really test what vanilla nautilus looks like with nautilus-elementary installed. I can easily make you a modified nautilus.rc that uses GTK buttons though. It wont look like how it does here however.

It doesn't need to be in any specific format to drag it across to the appearance window. Just decompress the files and drag the Victorious-Equinox folder over to the Appearance window. It works for me.

The only reason that there is a .tar inside the .tar.7z is because when I compress the files, it is done automatically. I had issues with other formats for some reason and don't have the time to bother figuring out why when I like .7z as a compression format anyway.

Well, you should make the theme for vanilla nautilus or at the very least specify that your theme is for the elementary mod.

I recommend using .zip, since themes are very small anyway and compression ratio doesn't make much difference with small files sizes.

7zip works better when there are multiple small similar files. Why not use the best compression for the job when we can open them all in gnome anyway. For example, my Divergence II pack with 4 similar themes is a difference between 1.3mb(7z) and 1.7mb(zip) thats almost a 25% reduction. Might be small, but it can make a difference if you go over your internet cap and your speed is limited (I frequently do this).

Changed description to say that it requires Nautilus elementary. I appreciate your input, but this ain't my job. Just trying to share some of the themes that I made. I'll use tar.gz in the future, now that my issues with the compressor have resolved themselves.

Yep 7zip is best but it doesn't come installed as default and I don't think in 2010 people are bothered about 500Kb difference, since DeviantART doesn't have a very small cap on files like GNOME-look.org.

Anyway, good luck with your future work. :)
